- Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to register.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Urgent medical questions after hours:
- If you have an urgent question after office hours, including weekends, call 617.414.5946 and a provider will call you back within 30 minutes.
- Please call a second time if you do not receive a call in this time frame.
- Some illnesses can be handled over the phone; if not, we will arrange for your child to be seen as soon as possible.
